Have your Childs’ celebration at the Y! You get exclusive use of the pool and party room to open presents and have cake and ice cream.
We have parties available on Friday nights from 6:30-8:30 pm,
Saturdays from 12:00 – 2:00 pm (during the summer)
Saturdays from 2:00 – 4:00 pm (during the winter)
The first hour is in the pool and the second in the room.
(You may use our fridge for the beverages, cake and ice cream. Please don’t forget them in there!
(You may not use our Childcare toys – thanks for understanding our policy).
Members: $25.00 Non-members: $45.00
We can accommodate up to 15 children/parents in the pool at one time.

Hornell Area Family YMCA Party Guidelines
The cost for the party is $45.00 for non-members, and $25.00 for members.
We ask that all individuals using the YMCA facilities for parties adhere to the following guidelines:
- All swimmers MUST take a shower before entering the pool.
- At least one responsible adult from the party will be on deck while there are children in the pool.
- There is a nonrefundable $20.00 deposit that will be applied toward total cost of party:
- We require the sign-up sheet indicating the names of the partygoers to be turned in 7 days prior to the scheduled day of the party. In scheduling a swimming pool party at the YMCA, you get exclusive use of the All-purpose room and the swimming pool during your scheduled party time (1st hour is for swimming allowing time to change for the party, and the 2nd hour is in the meeting room). Swimmers must change in the first locker room.
- The maximum number of swimmers is 15.
- Use of TV and childcare toys are not included in the party agreement.
- Use of gym/track and gym equipment is not included in the party agreement.
- Party cancellation must be done at least 2 days prior to the party. Any cancellation coming within 24 hours of the party will result in a loss of deposit (unless circumstances are beyond your control.)
- We ask that the party and your clean up stay within established party time frames.
- We ask that the meeting room be picked up at the conclusion of your party. Garbage bags and cleaning supplies will be provided (vacuum cleaner and cleaning solution to wipe down tables.) Failure to clean the meeting room will result in a $15.00 charge to the person reserving the room.
- Any damages done to the YMCA property during the party will be the responsibility of the person reserving the room, to fix or pay for damages.
- The YMCA is not responsible for personal items left in the party room, pool or locker rooms.
