Group Exercise Class Offerings

Active and Ageless (AOA*)

An overall workout at a comfortable pace. In addition to cardiovascular conditioning and toning, a special emphasis is put on balance, coordination, joint range of motion, and flexibility for daily living.       

Fit For Life (AOA*)

Fun music and a variety of effective moves motivate this low-impact aerobic exercise class designed for Active Older Adults. This class uses a wide variety of fitness equipment to challenge your cardiovascular system, strengthen your muscles and improve your balance and coordination.

Extreme Fitness

Join Extreme Fitness for the latest fitness craze of sports training-style workouts. This class offers a mix of core, plyometrics, power, resistance, and strength exercises for a high-intensity body-changing experience.

Zumba®

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is an intense fitness class consisting of a dynamic warm-up, running, calisthenics, plyometrics, circuit training, core, and various exercise routines.

Body Blast

This partially weight-bearing class features a floor-centered exercise program focusing on core strengthening and flexibility exercises. It teaches body awareness and good posture with a challenging workout. Participants must bring their own floor mats.

Yoga

A mixed-level vinyasa yoga, appropriate for all experience levels, is offered in this class. Instructed in a gentle, slow-paced environment easing muscles into a greater range of motion. More practice time is spent in each pose refining proper alignment, awareness, and breath. 

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is slow-motion martial arts. The gentle, sequenced routines stimulate the mind and body. Besides developing strength, flexibility, and balance, the mover gradually notices overall improvement. Studies have shown Tai Chi helps with pain management, and stress reduction. 

Spin

Indoor cycling provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Experience a full ride of hills, sprints, and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. Spinning will enhance your speed, strength, and stamina, improve your overall physical health, and increase your caloric burn.

Spin Express

This 30-minute ride is designed to give you a great workout on your lunch break. Riders are challenged with an exciting combination of interval sets including ladders, super spins, tempo sets, and sprints. Bring your towel and water bottle.

Spin & Core

This is a 45-minute spin/core workout. Increase your cardiovascular fitness and tighten your core on your lunch break. Half the class is in the spin room and the other half is in the aerobic studio. Participants should bring their own floor mat and are encouraged to bring a towel and water bottle.
