We offer fitness classes for all ages and intensity levels, from low-impact classes like T’ai chi, Fit for Life, and Yoga to high-intensity classes like Zumba, H.I.I.T., and Body Blast. Looking to kick-start your workout? We offer Beginner Boot Camp and Boot Camp classes throughout the year. Start your day at 6 a.m. with Extreme Fitness or finish it with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Our instructors will challenge and support you to achieve your fitness goals.
Spin classes offer a core-strengthening cardio workout you’ll love. Adjustable-resistance bikes let people of all fitness levels experience the great cardiovascular workout. Your class ride will include hills, sprints, and endurance intervals to maximize the cardio and muscle toning benefits of cycling.
