We offer fitness classes for all ages and intensity levels, from low-impact classes like T’ai chi, Fit for Life, and Yoga to high-intensity classes like Zumba, H.I.I.T., and Body Blast. Looking to kick-start your workout? We offer Beginner Boot Camp and Boot Camp classes throughout the year. Start your day at 6 a.m. with Extreme Fitness or finish it with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Our instructors will challenge and support you to achieve your fitness goals.
Spin classes offer a core-strengthening cardio workout you’ll love. Adjustable-resistance bikes let people of all fitness levels experience the great cardiovascular workout. Your class ride will include hills, sprints, and endurance intervals to maximize the cardio and muscle toning benefits of cycling. We have classes to fit all schedules and classes for different levels of challenge - ask us for information on which class is perfect for you!
Fit for Life Meets in the Pullman Music Studio on Fridays when Line Dancing is in session.
Line Dancing Meets Jan-May and Sept-Nov. Morning session is intermediate/advanced, afternoon is beginner.

HIIT Will be replaced with Boot Camp in the gymnasium beginning March 2.
We offer professional training sessions where our members receive individual attention from a personal trainer. Both 1 on 1 and group sessions are available. Depending on your fitness goals, with your help, we’ll develop a personalized plan that incorporates cardio, machines, and free weight training. Offered only for Y members.
