Self Defense for Women
This 3 hour class dispels the myth that women cannot or should not defend themselves by presenting a program that every woman can effectively apply regardless of age or physical condition. This class will teach a woman to fight like a woman, not like a man. The fact that she is usually smaller and weaker than her opponent can actually be an advantage.
