What You Need to Know About the Step Up Health CompetitionThis program gives you a simple way to create a healthier workforce. By motivating your employees to form teams and compete against each other, they can achieve healthy goals and develop healthier lifestyles. Since the program is set up and tracked online, getting started is easy. But before you do, here's a little helpful information to ensure you get the best results possible. How the competition worksThe competition is based on two goals each of us should strive to meet every day-being more physically active and eating more fruits and vegetables. Everyone within your organization is asked to split up into teams, keep track of how physically active they are and how many servings of fruits and vegetables they enjoy daily.
