Sword Fighting
Learn how to use a Montante (Spanish Greatsword) to fight multiple opponents. Classes focus on teamwork; tactical applications of the Montante against multiple opponents; and body awareness and mechanics that you can apply to any sport or movement. Montante is fun for all ages and leads to improved physical coordination and health.
